Episode 23 - Pronunciation

Listened to Podcast 23 (my first podcast from AAA) and thought I'd make a comment:

"Elfen Lied" is German ("bund" is also German, btw) for "Elf Song" and the second word should be pronounced "leet". It should be noted that a simple change in the letters gives us "Elfen Leid" which means "elf pain" (last word pronounced the same as the English word "lied").

Both are very apt for the series, ne?

Neoculture, are you related to Saber?

I actually took 4 years of German in high school(believe it or not) and I know that "ei" is pronounced like "lie down" and "ie" is pronounced like "elite". Not sure why I pronounced it incorrectly. Thanks for the note.

We can all talk German! Except I barely remember anything from my one semester in high school. I've gotta start sticking to learning a language, German was fun (even if I still don't entirely understand the need for "der", "die" and "das")
