Halo anime rumors?

Has anyone heard anything about this so-called "Halo anime"? I've been hearing hints and the occasional still (http://www.halolz.com/2009/07/31/spartan-paaawnch/), but not much else.

Anyone got anything solid? I don't actually care, but my Halo loving friends want to know.

If memory serves, there's going a bunch of Animatrix-styled shorts/series based in the Halo-verse for XBL. I think there was a little promo card released with ODST.

Yeah I definitely know there is an anime version of halo appropriately named halo legends and I don't know whether imma watch it... But mostly I will...

Well Leader... I think theyre going to pull off another Batman Gotham Knight with Halo Legends. They're going to show off some mini stories in the universe of Halo by different studios ( my god Production I.G you guys pulled it off). Soooo yeah thats in my understanding the whole "plot" of Halo Legends.

No problem, Baku! I'm not as active on here as I'd like to be (Mostly being a reader of manga and not being aware of many of the animes bandied about on here), but it's nice to be active again.
