It is currently snowing in my hometown. It is an average high of +10 Celsius where I currently live.
I don't know what that is in Fahrenheit, because I'm Canadian. Though if 32F is the temperature at which water freezes, then add a few degrees until you can go in the sun without a jacket, but can see your breath in the shade.

I believe the exact formula is F = (1.8 x C) + 32. F equaling Fahrenheit and C equaling Celsius. If it's 10 degrees Celsius the equation will look like this:
F = (1.8 x [10]) + 32
F = (18) + 32
F = (50)
So it's 10 C or 50 F. Finally. 10 years of useless math has paid off...
