Pokemon :D

So I started watching the first pokemon series. The dubbing sucks, but compared to the newer series, plotline = godly. Also, the nostalgia is so strong. For some reason I really missed "Who's that Pokemon!?"

What about you guys, any nostalgic anime you've been watching?

Also, what's your favorite first-generation pokemon, and do you agree that pokemon got worse the longer it was dragged out?

Ahh yes the Franchise that my 10-year old sister has gotten me back to and has no shame to admit I now know the 5th generation pokemon. But onto 1st generation.... YES that is godly. Team Rocket is still blasting off every episode, dubbing is stupid but still memorable, I just love the fact week by week it focuses on one Poke'mon and that's it! Will love it and waiting for that Soul Silver....

I'm also waiting on Soul Silver (Lugia > Ho-oh)

I miss Gen 1 it was pretty much my favourite generation and most generations afterwards have a ton of ripoffs from Gen 1. The show itself was also kind of fun and focused I think more on the action and specific pokemon...though the only thing that sucked really about that was that Ash kept giving some of them away. Then again theres also a huge nostalgia factor to it also.

Always be a fond place in my heart for the original season show.

Fave 1st gen pokemon would be Growlithe/Arcanine.

As far as nostalgia animes haven't seen any really recently!
