Chiaki has been trying to get me to get the Clannad video game while I'm here in Tokyo. It's in Akihabara in one of those random stores. Thought that might get Bakuhasu going.

I have a translated copy right now and am playing it at the moment with alot of times I stopped. Great game though that fleshes out the atmosphere of Clannad.

I wish I knew where to get translated copies of japanese videogames, learning Japanese is so hard and Kanji confuses me so much more then the actual language itself, so since almost all japanese games have loads more Kanji/text then actual voice acting, it makes learning kanji a nessecity for playing japanese games -_-

But more on topic, I have no problem being the forum trap XD if I was to say that anywhere besides here and a few other sites, I would probaly be considered the wierdest person in existence XD

And mitsugi, just curious as to why the trivia question and podcast episode/s havn't been updated since the beggining of the month. I'm not complaining, just curious. I've always been a verrry curious person.

We are on sabbatical right now. I know, I know, we're being bad. All the gears will start turning again around January 10th. We went 24 episodes though without even having a delay with releases, so I'm pretty proud of that. Being in Japan makes things a bit difficult. But we'll be back soon.

The stores in Akihabara have basically a video game equivalent for any anime it seems. I was only in 1 of the 100's of shops for about 10 minutes and I noticed; Hajime no Ippo, Chi's Sweet Home, Utawarerumono, Eva, Clannad, Air, Kanon, Berserk, a hundred Gundam games, Higurashi, and lord knows what else. Pretty cool place, that Akihabara. Especially cool if you like 10 story porn shops and Pachinko...

You're making me more and more jealous about you being in japan -_- not the porn shop part though, just all the games and anime, and actually being able to read japanese...

By the way, just wanted to say that I have never been to an anime convention, ever -_- my family is broke and the closest convention to my house is about a 2:30 hour drive, not that much Cons in Kentucky which makes it very hard. I wish I could go to one some time when I'm in flordia for vacation, but I havn't gotten to yet >_<

Rekka, there are like 5 different conventions in Florida. Supercon is in Miami. Megacon and AFO are in Orlando and Metrocon is in Tampa Bay. If you come down, to Florida during them and we are around, you can come with us if you like. Of course you're parents will have to trust us. We are trustworthy, I like to think.

well we do have a few others, but there not fully anime themed though.

you know i been talking iwth like Baku, mikhail, and canadaman about our cons here in FL. maybe one of these years we could have a AAA group going to like megacon or something. That would rock to have people from the forums, and from both pod cast (if not gundam but thats a big IF) all get together for a con.

To bad Jacon isn't around anymore, but i think we all saw this coming when they got ban from UCF bak in 2003/2004. They pretty much did the same thing there at the two tree or double tree whatever tree hotel... Just No fires or Nerd riots. Jacon wasn't even that amazing imo anyways. It was my first ever con i went to back in 03, but i went to megacon, in 07 (my last con i been to in years) i did go to Jacon a few other times.

That would be cool =D I dunno if my parents would mind or not, but they know how bad I would enjoy going to an anime convention so if the chance arised, they probaly wouldn't mind. Plus since I stay with my grandma and grandpa during the summer, and they can't stand for long periods of time, all the more reason for me to go with someone else who knows the convention well ;D so I think that would be really cool.

And something happened that I thought you guys might get a kick out of, I've had gears of war 2 for about a year now, but just last night I got an achivement called "It's a trap!" XD

Hopefully this never leaves the mouth of otakus, cause someone accepting being a trap/wishing they were a girl would make somone shunned from normal society XD Good thing none of you know me in real life <_<

I look nothing like a trap in real life though, although I do get reguarly confused for a girl on XBL, plus I can sound like a girl if I wanted to, but i'm not sure if thats something to be proud about =/
